GIVE ME MY MONEY RICO
So today was Ghetto Sean's annual game of S.K.A.T.E and this year it took place at Dynamix skate park. Let the haters hate.
The event's security was on top form, no one was getting past this bouncer...
Ghetto was ready to gather the contestants.
Jimbo was attending to defend his title, and win enough money for some pints.
Andy O attended to kick you off the ramps, make sure you had a helmet and to skate away on your board now and then.
Homies at the ready to watch the action through the clouds of dust.
First round. Glen lost.
Will won his game...
against Steve. There is such thing as a bad winner.
The winners of the first round were ready to do some shuvs and that to see if they could make it to the finals...
but this Irish man was the last one standing with Jamie C coming in second. He wasn't so stoked when he realised the event wasn't for money this year. No pints tonight Jimbo.
Ben C and his homie Beanie Tom couldn't give a shit about the game of S.K.A.T.E and hit the vert until the park closed...
Then Ghetto got ready for his next event...Strictly Come Skating.
Adam...Meldy Top 5, coming soon.

Manny Mania
Well, once again Red Bull and Tom Kirkby hooked the Deekies up and sent the homies to Manny Mania. David Bilbrough was shooting photos of the event and has kindly passed them on to us. Take a look, and well done Dan for making it to the finals in London for the 2nd year running...

Adam.
LONDON
London kicked off with a flight from Newcastle to Stansted. We dicovered, not quicky, but after queuing for a while, that you just could not get a deck or skateboard through hand luggage. No skateboards allowed, we were then faced with a run around working out how we could put them together without being charged £20 each. With a plane leaving soon and gave up his shoes laces. One for the team...
On arrival we were greeted by Mellon, he had a big weekend planned for us. Including a McDonalds straight away and straight out for a nights skate around London town...
A bus ride into town, to the left is London local Nick, he enjoys taking the odd slam now and then. Out of shot is the one and only James Rooney.
The man himself, first spot got jumping off shit...
CREW SHOT #1
Then it was down to the river...
To South Bank at 3 am.
The spot was full of hippy students having a party, everywhere in central London empty, apart from South Bank.
Mellon was over them completely.
After a long skate here, and trying to get some footage and the homies were getting tired. Nick snapped a board, yet ended up finding another lying on the floor seconds later...
It was now time to hit the bus back to Mellon to our new bed for the weekend.
We woke up to the hottest sunniest morning.
Wake up Mellon, it is time for the session.
First spot. Wall ride.
Next spot, Kennington Bowl.
A shredder showed up and couldn't give a shit about any lips at the end of the transitions and tailslid the quarter.
CREW SHOT #2
Joe hit up his staple trick, the backside nollie flip
Next spot, some blocks in Elephant and Castle.
Then to this tastey steep bank/hip.
Mellon. The famous back ollie.
Joe then came out with 2 sick tricks, backside flip...
and his not so well know dunking skills. Believe.
CREW SHOT ENDER.
This day was then followed by a wild night where we some how ended up in the same club as Lev from Palace, Ollie Todd, Benny Fairfax and Nick Jensen, oh what a night it was, then a sunny morning wonder aroud the city and a Megabus trip home. Thanks to Mellon and his flat mates for the place to stay and all his homies for the great company and great weekend.
